Our mission at C F Alliance is to provide superior customer service for all of our clients and be lifelong partners with our customers for all of their auto, property, and business insurance needs. As an independent insurance agency we will find the optimal insurance products for each customer with the lowest possible premium.

Company Officers

Maria Fitzpatrick is the President of C F Alliance. Maria has been in the insurance business since 1984 with varied responsibilities including customer service, underwriting, and office management. Maria’s experience includes many years at a major insurance company as well as with independent insurance agencies. She is also a licensed insurance agent. Maria is married with three children and is very active in the local community, her church, and school PTA’s. When there is time Maria enjoys playing volleyball and photo scrap-booking.

John Cabrera is Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John has been in the insurance industry since 1990 with 10 years at a major insurance company as an underwriter and with the corporate management group. John has extensive insurance agency experience selling auto, casualty, property, life and commercial insurance products. John is a licensed insurance agent in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. John enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, basketball and other sports. With his busy schedule and with his family, John also makes time to be active in Philippine American and local non-profit organizations focusing on charities, sports, and cultural activities. He is a member (2006-2008) of the URRAB, Upper Montgomery County Region Recreation Department Advisory Board, through the Montgomery County Executive Office. He is the Vice President (2007-2009) of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce DC (PACC-DC). Also, he is the Club President (2007-2009) of the Rotary Club of Gaithersburg, Maryland USA.

Kevin Fitzpatrick is the Vice-President of Finance and Planning for C F Alliance. Kevin has over 20 years experience in various business arena including the insurance industry. Kevin's corporate background as a senior manager responsible for division operations, planning, and marketing is augmented by a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland. When he is not actively involved in raising his three children Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, playing volleyball, and reading.
