Only a limited number of firms across the country are invited to take part in this important study and afforded the opportunity to earn the prestigious status of “Best Practices Agency”. This study has been conducted annually since 1993 by the national Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc. and Reagan Consulting.
